Caio uses Anthropic Claude AI models to analyze your business data and generate personalized recommendations, strategies and tasks. These models are hosted on AWS Bedrock infrastructure within the European Union.

2. What Data Is Processed

Only the business data needed for assessment and planning (your sector, goals, answers, etc.) is sent to the AI service. Personal identifiers such as your name, email and phone are not shared with the AI service.

3. Your Consent

By using this feature you consent to your business data being processed by AI as described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our support team. See our Privacy Policy for details.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Caio uses artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic (Claude) via AWS Bedrock (EU region, eu-west-1) to provide business strategies, KPIs, tasks, and advisory chat responses. Please note the following important points:

Your business profile data (sector, country, growth stage), personality preferences, and free-text chat messages are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic Claude via AWS Bedrock) to generate personalised recommendations
No personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number) is transmitted to the AI service
Data is processed in the EU (eu-west-1) and is not retained by the AI provider beyond the duration of a single request, nor is it used for model training
All AI-generated suggestions, strategies, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only
Users must independently verify and validate all AI suggestions before implementation
AI recommendations do not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or tax advice
Caio and Digid are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
Users should consult qualified professionals for critical business decisions
The accuracy, completeness, and applicability of AI suggestions may vary
